The KDF8170 is a 17.3" widescreen LCD rack console drawer with 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 104-key keyboard with touchpad, and VGA + DVI-D video input. Mounted into a 1U standard 19" rackmount space with a short-depth design of only 460mm, this 1U rack console is the ideal solution for data centers and others IT environments. Options are available for MAC or SUN keyboard layout, touch screen technology, HDMI 1.4 + Audio input & output / DP 1.0 / SDI input, and DC power input.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 
KDF8170 is a 17.3 inch rackmount LCD console drawer supporting a 1920  x 1080 Full HD industrial monitor, 300-nits brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio, and 178° degree viewing angles. The monitor keyboard drawer comes with a 104-key keyboard with a 2-button touchpad (USB connector) and optional MAC or SUN keyboard layout. At 1U high and 18.9 inches in-depth, the rackmount drawer supports a widescreen LED backlight LCD monitor, radiating with the 16.7 million colors it contains. With mean time between failures (MTBD) of 15,000 hours, this sturdy monitor will be both long-lasting and with good viewings. KDF8170 also offers an optional Resistive 1-point or Projected Capacitive 10-point type touch screen. The built-in monitor and keyboard is cushioned by a heavy-duty steel casing, protecting from any hard operating environments. The anti-shock vibration feature, shock 10G acceleration of 11 ms duration, and vibration of 10~300Hz 0.5G RMS random vibration, also contributes to the protection in the operating environment. With the high load-rating slide rail with an angle bracket, the drawer can be slid in and out smoothly and effortlessly. The bracket already provides a long extension of 32 inches, but there is an option for an extension of up to 36 inches, offering more length to use when needed. Inside the drawer lies a monitor aforementioned and 104-keys keyboard integrated with a 2-button touchpad and a choice for a trackball also. On the backside locates a proprietary DB-15 KVM port and it comes with a 6 feet 4-in-1 KVM cable for DVI, USB, and two PS/2, and the 6 feet 4-in-1 KVM cable for VGA, USB, and two PS/2 is optional. KDF8170 can be fit according to preference, with the size and the power input. The dimensions will be varied depending on the need for a touch screen or video input or DC. The base of the measurements will be 17.4 inches in width, 18.90 inches in diameter, and 1.73 inches in height. The power supply supports an Auto-sensing 100/240 VAC power input. Option for 12V / 24V / 48V / 125V DC power input. The KDF8170 is best suitable for managing servers in data centers, server rooms, and other space-constraint environments.
