The 17 inch 1280 x 1024 industrial monitor is an active type digital to digital which connects to the onboard conversion board. The monitor drawer comes with a DVI-D connector on the back of the drawer for your rackmount server connection. The OSD function lets you adjust the display for the best view. All the OSD buttons are located on the front of the monitor drawer for easy access. The monitor can be tilted to a 90-degree horizontal angle. The auto-shutoff function engages whenever the monitor is returned to its resting position allowing you to save the monitor's life. The keyboard is mounted on the front of the drawer underneath the monitor. It comes with a USB type connector on the back of the rackmount drawer for you rack mount computer connection. The slim-type (notebook size) keyboard comes with function keys and a keypad function. The 1U high low profile drawer saves rack mount space and integrates a rugged monitor and 104-key keyboard with a wire optical mouse into a complete unit. The ball-bearing slide rail was mounted on each side of the drawer that you can pull out the drawer from the 19-inch rack cabinet. The molded front handle is installed on the front panel to lock the drawer inside the rack when the monitor keyboard drawer is not in use. The DVI KVM switch (DVI + USB port for keyboard and input device) integrated into the keyboard drawer and provides the 12 x DVI-D KVM ports on the back of the drawer. You can select the rack mount computers through the OSD (on-screen display) menu or hot-key KVM membrane switch (on the front of the monitor drawer). Option for 6ft or 15ft DVI-D + USB KVM cables. The rack console is ready to mount into a standard 19-inch wide cabinet. The rear mounting bracket can be extended up to 36 inches deep for the rack server cabinet.
