What's Inside

System configuration:   The system comes with Intel 80321 64-bit procees, 256MB ECC memory (up to 1GB memory) with ECC protcetion NVRAM for RAID configuration and transaction log write-through / back cache support. The on-board dual channel interface Ultra-320 SCSI / Fibre channel to provide the exceptional data transfer rate and reduancy protection. Disk contorller interface:   The on-board dual Ultra 320 LVD SCSI cntroller interface provides 320MB/sec transfer rate on each channel, it also supports the function for tagged command queing and concurrent I/O commands. The optional fiber channel comes with the features of the SCSI controller and transfer rate up to 400MB/sec. Dual external SCSI connector is located at back of the chassis. HD storage :   The system comes with 15 hot-swappable SATA HD BAY, Each bay comes with a removable tray and LEDS to indicated the HD status. It allows hot swap function and automatically rebuilds hot swaped drives. The total storage space can be up to 6.0TB (depend on the SATA HD size). Raid Features and Management:   The RAID support level 0, 1, 10, 3, 5 and JBOD, It can be multiple RAID sets, array roaming, online RAID capacity expansion and RAID level migration simultaneously. The RAID configuration and firmware can be via through on-board RS-232 port or 10/100BT LAN. It also can manage RAID by WEB browser through on-board 10/100BT LAN.
