RETURN POLICY
1. Warranty starts from the date of original invoice of shipped. Products are cover by a 12-month warranty period on parts and labor. 2. Credit is allowed only for returns made within 15 days from the invoice date. No return for software and special order item. Non-defective item return for credit subject to 15% restocking fee. 3. Out of warranty will be charge labor and parts, Acnodes guaranty only that the parts installed by us will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage for a period of 90 days after date of repair or upgrade.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please fax a copy of the original invoice together with this request form when requesting a pre-assigned RMA number. 2. RMA number shall be issued within 24 hours upon receipt of complete form. Once assigned, the RMA number is valid for only 10 days. Please mark the RMA No. on every package to be return. All the return merchandise must have this pre-assigned number. 3. DOA item must be received by Acnodes within 30 days of original ACNODES customer INVOICE date. 4. Properly package all returns with equal to or better than original packaging to prevent damage during the shipping.
