The rugged PCV5104 military-grade touch-panel PC, meets military MIL-STD-810G standards. It’s a reliable piece of machinery for the most demanding operations. At 10.4 inches, the panel PC comes with 800 nits of high brightness and powered by Celeron N2930 1.83 GHz 4-Cores CPU. The Fintek F81866 chipset operates on low power with high performance.

The outer construction features a fully IP65 rated (option for IP67) and an anti-acid/corrosion powder coating. Harsh environments challenge computer systems physically all the time. Anti-corrosion coating can damage and prevent chemical damages that can ultimately lead to wasted expenses on repairs and maintenance. The ingress protection levels are at a standard of IP65, however for more demanding tasks, IP67 is available for water sprays and limited submerging.

5-Wire Resistive Type Touch Screens
The combination of a military grade panel PC and a touch screen featuring a 10.4 inch 5-wire resistive type touch screen monitor makes the PCV5104 more reliable and durable product as a whole. 5-wire resistive type touch screens are for industrial applications that require contamination resistance, and input flexibility like those seen in medical systems, building/transportation automation, industrial operations, and voting machines. It is made up of two layers, a conductive top flexible layer and a glass layer underneath. The true benefits resistive type touch screens are the fact that it can still operate even if the top layer is scratched or damaged. The screen can also be accessed, with any object that can put pressure on the screen making this a flexible, reliable and durable touch screen.

The Industrial Panel PC Features Rich Input and Output Connectors
The I/O system provides one COM port (RS-232/422/485), two USB ports, one for USB 2.0 and one for USB 3.0, two Ethernet ports , one HDMI video out port, and one DC power plug. The power supply offers 9~36V DC power input with power isolation.

Environmental Specifications
Because this is military standard, the panel PC, at 6.6 lbs. supports a very wide range of operational temperatures from -25 to 60 degree Celsius. Vibration and shock protections also meet the MIL-STD-810G standards. Mounting options are available for Panel and VESA along with options for vehicle mounting.
