GENERAL OVERVIEW

The Panel PC is the complete all-in-one computer system that includes Pentium-III or P 4 computer systems and LCD flat display with resistive-type touch screen. It is integrated into a slim form-factor enclosure and ready for panel mount or wall mount application.    The built-in panel PC system board comes with on-board 10/100BT LAN, Video, Audio, HD and PCI / ISA expansion slots, optional for CD-ROM and floppy drive, It supports Window and Linux operation systems.     The industrial-grade design features all-in-one computer PC function and NEMA 4/12 rated front panel for any harsh environment. The panel pc is ready to be integrated into your kiosks, industrial and automation applications.

LCD panel and touch screen:   The LCD panel is a TFT active type digital to digital which connects to the on board video, It comes wiith standard 15-pin VGA connector on the back of the panel pc for the external display, The resistive type touch screen is mounted on the front of the LCD panel and uses a 5-wire connection to the on-board COM port (standard on COM-3). The touch screen provides protection for the LCD panel and is sealed around the front panel housing to prevent water and dust (NEMA 4/12). On board system board:   The embedded system board (Pentium-3 / P-4 processor) provides the power of the operation, it's comes with the features of the stadard mother board and the additional function for industrial application. It accepts PC-133 or DDR memory (up to 512MB), 4 RS-232 ports (1 for RS-232/422/485), watch dog timer and on board LAN/Video, The pettie size of board allows it to be mounted into the slim-type panel pc housing. Storage Device:   The system comes standard IDE HD up to 60GB, Optional for internal or external CD-ROM or 1.44MB floppy. We also provide disk-on-module or PC104 disk-on-chip (up to 1GB) for the Windows CE/XP embedded applicaton. The internal HD and optical device were mounted on the side of the embedded board, We used slim-type (notebook size) CD-ROM and floppy for interal device, Optional for CD-RW or DVD drive. Expansion:   We provide PCI expansion slots for your uniqe hardware applications, The riser board is built in the system and provides the 1 or 2 PCI /ISA expansion slot on the back of the panel pc. The DIO (digiatl input output) ports also provides a 4-channel ON/OFF control for the external devices like Relay. Power Supply:    The open-frme 110/220VAC auto-switch is integrated into the Panel pc, some modles come optional for 12/24/48VDC input power supply.    Mounting:   Panel pc can be wall mount or panel mount (mounting kits come with panel pc),  some models come with a stand for the Kiosk type application, Its also comes with standard VESA mounting holes on the back of the panel pc.
